Hygge Home is an independent (online) furniture and interiors store based in Wickham, Hampshire, created to help you design a home where you can experience that hygge feeling.

We only sell furniture and interior décor that we would personally love to have in our own home. Hopefully, if we love it, you will love it too. So, when we’re choosing new collections or individual pieces, if we don’t think it’s absolutely fantastic, it’s not getting in. Simple as that.

And it’s not all Scandi. The furniture and interior décor you will find at Hygge has been created by skilled craftspeople and much of it is made from natural materials with unusual and interesting textures which is part of what hygge is all about. We have a soft spot for the recycled and the reclaimed too, so you will also find plenty of that.

We don’t claim to stock absolutely every type of furniture – there’s no flimsy or flatpacked here – but you will find the handcrafted and the handcarved, the unusual and the unique, the solid wood and the sustainably sourced. And if we don’t have the exact piece you are looking for amongst the hundreds of items in our digital catalogue, we are more than happy to try and source items for you for fast delivery direct to your door.

We are proud to be stockists for där lighting, one of the best known and most innovative designers of lighting in the UK. How we illuminate our spaces can make an enormous difference to our moods, enjoyment and wellbeing.

Brilliantly British, our beautiful throws have been designed and woven right here in the UK by a team of expert weavers using natural fibres and techniques that have been used for generations. Tweedmill work with some of the world’s best loved brands, and you may spot their products in magazines and on TV and in films, so we are proud to be one of their approved retailers.

We are also very excited to be stockists of our favourite Chapter Organics, a range of natural, organic aromatherapy blends available as room diffusers, aromatherapy room mists, pure essential oils and natural aromatherapy candles created here in the UK. Whenever people visit us they comment on the gorgeous and relaxing scent. Now they can enjoy that spa-like feeling in their own homes.

Until we find a new home for our beautiful little store, you can still come and see us at the Wickham Monthly Market on the last Sunday of the month. You will also, no doubt, still see us out and about around Wickham as we continue to deliver our gorgeous products to our wonderful customers.
