Hygge Home is an independent furniture and interiors store in Wickham, Hampshire, created to help you design a home where you can experience that hygge feeling.

We only sell furniture and interior décor that we would personally love to have in our own home. Hopefully, if we love it, you will love it too. So, when we’re choosing new collections or individual pieces for the store, if we don’t think it’s absolutely fantastic, it’s not getting in. Simple as that.

And it’s not all Scandi. The furniture you will find here at Hygge has been created by skilled craftspeople and much of it is made from natural materials. We have a soft spot for the recycled and the reclaimed too, so you will also find plenty of that.

We don’t claim to stock absolutely every type of furniture in our little store – there’s no flimsy or flatpacked here – but you will find the handcrafted and the handcarved, the unusual and the unique, the solid wood and the sustainably sourced. And if we don’t have the piece you are looking for on display in the shop, you can view hundreds of additional items on our digital catalogue and we can order it for fast delivery to your door.

We are proud to be stockists for där lighting, one of the best known and most innovative designers of lighting in the UK. How we illuminate our spaces can make an enormous difference to our moods, enjoyment and wellbeing and we currently have some gorgeous table and floor lamps on display in our little store.

Brilliantly British, our beautiful throws have been designed and woven right here in the UK by a team of expert weavers using natural fibres and techniques that have been used for generations. Tweedmill work with some of the world’s best loved brands, and you may spot their products in magazines and on TV and in films, so we are proud to be one of their approved retailers.

We are also very excited to be stockists of our favourite Chapter Organics, a range of natural, organic aromatherapy blends in room diffusers, aromatherapy room mists, pure essential oils and natural aromatherapy candles created here in the UK. Whenever people come in to our shop they comment on the gorgeous and relaxing scent. Now they can take it away with them and enjoy that spa-like feeling in their own homes.
