Orders placed after 12 noon will usually be processed on the next working day.
Orders are sent either with Royal Mail or with a courier, depending on weight, size and/or number of items.

We work with various approved suppliers, who help us offer you a wider range of products. These suppliers may offer different delivery times and options. In some instances, where you have placed an order for multiple items, you may receive your order in more than one parcel.

Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed during the checkout process.
We will ask you to provide your email address and phone number during checkout so that our delivery partners can contact you if necessary.

Royal Mail
If you are not in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for up to 7 days, enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After 7 days, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us.

Other Delivery Service
You will usually be notified of a delivery date and time and will be given the option to change it. If they are unable to deliver your order, they will advise you of the delivery attempt and they will usually keep the package at their local depot, enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After their specified timeframe, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us.

Smaller Items
Delivery costs just £5.00.
Smaller items are usually despatched within 2 working days.

Large/Heavy Items
Large/heavy item delivery costs £19.95.
UK standard delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 working days.
We always aim to deliver your order within 7 working days subject to postcode and carrier availability.

You will usually be notified of a delivery date and time and will be given the option to change it. 

We strongly encourage you to take the time to correctly measure your space and/or check any contributory factors, such as door width/access size, prior to placing your order to ensure the item/s you select will fit.

Made to Order Items
Some of our furniture is made to order and so may take longer before it’s ready to be sent to you. You will be advised at checkout of your expected delivery timescale.

Remote Locations
Deliveries to remote locations such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly may take longer to reach you.

Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us about your delivery.

Failed or non delivered parcels that are returned to us will incur additional charges. Redelivery charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

Although we will always do our utmost to accommodate amendments to an order upon request, we cannot guarantee it will be possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been despatched from our warehouse.
