We strongly encourage you to take the time to correctly measure your space and/or check any contributory factors, such as door width/access size, prior to placing your order to ensure the item/s you select will fit.

Please note that because many of our furniture and home décor items are handcrafted and/or made from recycled, reclaimed and natural materials, they may be subject to minor variations in sizing, colour, finish etc.

Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item that you need to return, please get in touch so we can provide you with details of how to send the faulty item back to us.

On safe receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a full refund. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

In the case of large furniture items, if the item was received damaged we will collect it from you for free.

If you are returning an item to us for exchange due to a fault, we will not charge you delivery when we send you a replacement item and we will send it via a tracked service.

Delivery charges will apply to any replacement/exchange items where the original item is found to be NOT faulty.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with a purchase you have made, you can return the item to us within 14 days.

Please get in touch so we can provide you with details of how to send the item back to us.

If you bought the item online, please have your order number ready.

The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility.

In the case of large furniture items, if the item is not damaged or faulty, we can arrange collection from the delivery address, however, we will charge a collection fee of £29.95.

Returned items must be:
• Unused
• Returned in their original packaging (including any shrink wrapping, seals, tags etc)
• Have the original documentation enclosed
• Received by us within 14 days from the date you receive your order

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or to return the goods to you.

Items that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they will be unsuitable for resale.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of partially used food items and/or any other perishable goods.
